a boneless turkey with corn bread and sausage stuffing, filled with a boneless duck with chestnut stuffing, filled with a boneless chicken with wild mushroom stuffing served with pan gravy and spiced candied yams, braised red cabbage, cauliflower au gratin, buttered Brussel sprouts and orange cranberry sauce.

served with white truffle infused whipped potatoes
and roasted acorn squash,
and a caramelized onion demiglace

served with wilted spinach and mushroom
barley risotto and finished with
a rosemary roasted tomato beurre blanc
